Mossdale Farm offers 3 en-suite rooms (2 double and 1 twin) during the summer (July and August), at weekends throughout the year and at other times by arrangement.
We welcome guests who enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

You are welcome to join us in the spacious farmhouse kitchen for tea / coffee and home-baking – Scottish pancakes and home made jam are our speciality.
A cooked Scottish breakfast is provided, using our own free range eggs and we include as much home made produce as possible including jams, honey, bread, pork and beef sausages.
If you prefer a lighter breakfast we have a full range of cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit along with tea / coffee and freshly made toast.
We hope you enjoy staying in the lovely Scottish Borders countryside in a modern farmhouse, in the lea of the Pentland Hills within a short drive to Edinburgh city centre.
